Ask coach: Lots of new stuff in the WOD today. Some of the stuff we are doing this week are “tryouts” for the upcoming cycles, just an FYI. For the second part each station is 1 min long and should be an ALL OUT EFFORT. Rest as needed between exercises, rest should be long enough to ensure you can go all out on the next.

Due to small class size we are cancelling the Friday night 7:30pm class. Every other day will be normal we are just cutting the Friday class. If you have any questions please ask Joe or myself. This is effective this week.
