30 seconds max reps strict handstand pushups

Every 4 min for 20 min:
30 Bar facing burpees
Max Double unders in remainder of 4 min:
*This is 5-4 minute rounds

General fitness

Establish a max deficit pushup
then
EMOM 10 min:
30 seconds max reps pushups
+
AMRAP 20 min:
30 Burpees
100 Plate jumps
