5 Strict pullups
Back squat
Establish a 20rm
*You get 1 shot at this, so not do multiple sets of 20. 65-70% of your 1RM is where you should start. Yes this is going to be a thing
3 rounds for time:
50 Wallballs
40 KB swings (53/35)
30 Hand release pushups
Rest 2 min
*20 min time limit
