The open is officially here. A lot less excitement around it this year but its still a great test of fitness and a great way to push yourself harder than you thought possible. In classic open fashion 20.1 is something everyone can do and will come down to how hard you can push for 10 rounds. As usual we will be doing heats after class on Saturdays starting at 10:30, ill put the heat list up tomorrow. I will also be programming the open workout each Sunday as the regular class WOD. If you are not participating please try to cheer your fellow CFDers on as they tackle the open. Let the leaderboarding and redos begin!!!!
