For time:
Perform the movements in the same fashion as the song
1. 200m run
2. Box jumps (30/24)
3. Chest to bar pullups
4. Toes to bar
5. Clapping pushups
6. Ring dips
7. Burpees
8. Goblet squats (70/53)
9. KB swings (70/53)
10. Overhead lunges (30/20)
11. Wallballs (30/20)
12. DB clusters (50/30)
1,2-1,3-2-1,4-3-2-1….If you know this will take you forever you may do it with a partner and alternating movements but you will all have to do the 200m run.

REMINDER. We are offering class at 9:30 only on Christmas eve. A special tough guy version of 12 days will be taking place after 9:30 class if you are looking for an extra challenge. Christmas day we will be closed.
