Like the song. 1 100m run…2 thrusters-100m run…3 db snatch-2thrusters-1 100m run….4 muscle up-3 db snatch-2 thrusters-1 100m run….and so on until 12-11-10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1, Each round should end with a 100m run
General fitness
