ZOOM SCHEDULE FOR TODAY IS 8am 10am 4:30pm and 5:30. Park wods are also on as usual. We will keep everyone posted if they will be cancelled with the current situation in Danville

1 min: Run 100m+ Max reps Hand release pushups
Rest 30 seconds between rounds.

20 single arm DB push press (10L/10R) (50/35)
40 Air squats
directly into

20 Alt arm DB snatch (50/35)
40 Alt jumping lunges
In the remainder of time
Max reps single arm Devils press (50/35)
*Barbell only=20 push press (95/65)/ 10 ground to overhead (95/65)
*DB=as written
*KB = single arm Push press/ 20 KB swings
*NO EQUIPMENT= 20 V-ups instead of push press. 20 Situps instead of DB snatch
