100 Back squats (BW)
*Everytime the bar is racked you must perform 20 Chest to bar pullups

For time:
100 Burpees
100 Wallballs (20/14)
75 Burpees
75 Wallballs
50 Burpees
50 Wallballs
* At the top of every 2 min perform 4 squat cleans (250/165)
*30 min time limit
